• We actively assist with outplacements and recruiting.
• We do not make unsolicited referrals, but we do perform background checks prior to referral.
• We always obtain candidates’ permission for referral.
• We make initial and subsequent personal visits to our clients, giving regular feedback on assignments and adhere to all relevant Codes of Ethics.
• We apply circumspection in referring candidates and always protect our clients’ interests with regards to candidates placed.
